UDIT PATHAK
FOUNDER, RGP Agronomics Pvt. Ltd

Udit Mohan Pathak is a dynamic and multifaceted professional with a deep-rooted commitment to transforming India’s agricultural landscape. A graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication from Amity University, Lucknow, and a Law graduate from CSJM University, Kanpur, Udit brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to leadership. Further sharpening his policy and governance acumen, he completed the PG program from Indian Institute of Democratic Leadership at Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, Maharashtra.
Udit is the founder of the Suneelam Foundation, an NGO based in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, through which he has led impactful initiatives in the fields of tourism and health. His early commitment to grassroots development and public service has earned him the Air India Rank and Bold Award and the prestigious Youth Award conferred by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
His journey in the agriculture sector began in 2009 at the young age of 18, when he stepped into the family business. Since then, he has actively engaged with all leading agri-input companies across India. As the driving force behind RGP Agronomics Private Limited, an evolved and streamlined extension of his family’s agricultural legacy, Udit has consistently demonstrated strategic foresight, deep market insight, and operational excellence.
With extensive travel and fieldwork across India, Udit has undertaken comprehensive studies on the agri-input industry and is deeply aware of the challenges and opportunities within India’s agricultural markets. His long-standing association with key industry players and his deep understanding of unorganized agricultural trade uniquely position him to build innovative, sustainable platforms that benefit both farmers and stakeholders across the value chain.
Udit was also part of the Working Committee of India’s first Model G20, reflecting his broader engagement with national policy and global dialogue. Known for his ability to multitask, handle pressure, and execute with clarity and purpose, he continues to be a strong advocate for sustainable agri-input and output systems in India.
Bharat Tyagi
Co-Founder, RGP Agronomics Pvt. Ltd.

Bharat Tyagi is a Civil Engineering graduate with a strong foundation in grassroots development, organizational leadership, and public policy coordination. His career began with impactful work among rural and agricultural communities in Western Uttar Pradesh, where he developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by farmers and the broader agrarian ecosystem.
To enhance his leadership capabilities, Bharat trained at Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini, a premier institute known for shaping professionals in governance, public policy, and organizational strategy. This experience helped refine his ability to manage large-scale initiatives and work effectively across institutional frameworks.
Over the past few years, Bharat has been involved in the coordination of high-impact national programs, collaborating with multiple government bodies and stakeholders. His work has included content strategy, event management, and policy alignment for several flagship initiatives. Notably, he has built a reputation for seamlessly managing complex projects that require alignment between public institutions, private entities, and civil society.
At RGP Agronomics, Bharat brings a strategic, problem-solving mindset to the leadership team. His strengths in operational coordination, stakeholder engagement, and grassroots mobilization are instrumental in scaling Dharti — the company’s full-stack agri-commerce platform. His ability to navigate institutional structures and align multi-level teams ensures RGP Agronomics remains responsive to both market opportunities and policy frameworks.
